Trying to find my initial contract, low and behold there isn't one with posMate, just one with Finance Now - which hidden in the fine print has huuuge hidden costs. Totalling close to $8k for one POS unit with a printer. Read the reviews below, this many people aren't wrong.
This company is complete rubbish, i would never purchase anything from them again. The support doesn't help with any issues, and when originally purchasing they don't provide all the hidden costs we face. Costs way more then price they state. DONT BUY
We were having trouble with our eftpos machine and just began a busy shift. Straight away called them and they sent someone out within an hour and had us back up and running ASAP. Very impressed with the service would highly recommend.
I have been working with them for over 3 years now and I am completely satisfied... The after-sales service is very efficient and the staff always there when needed. I highly recommend !!
