Poor working conditions Was told to put my hand into a machine to get a bit of plastic out while the machine was running My stuff was stolen and hidden on the first day No training Staff were rude No one knows any English hard to communicate
Rude incompetent staff, I'm surprised this company is still going, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone not even to bogus company these lot are scammers and don't deserve any business,
One of the directors was extremely rude to me,a potential customer.
Unfriendly sales staff, they take your money and run, they give no aftersales support which left me high and dry and unable to use their products when I needed them. They agreed they made a mistake and yet wouldn't rectify the problems. Don't touch with a barge pole.
In the 15 years I have personally been a customer of Polystar Plastics I have never had anything I could call a problem. Even mistakes which occurred between us were sorted quickly and amicably. There response to pricing and delivery has always been great and has even managed improved of late. Great company and always a pleasure to do business!
Excellent company to work for. Both our staff and owners are very loyal, respectful and trustworthy. I've worked for Polystar Plastics for 16 years now and we take pride in our high quality products, dedicated customer service and competitive prices.
Nice friendly people
Allowing all of their plastic nurdles to go straight into the drain, straight to River itchen and then eventually the sea. Very sad a company in 2020 would do this, and it's obvious as anything outside their production place in Southampton! Poor care for the environment.
Went for job here, poor conditions and long hours.
Walked up and purchased a box of bin bags. Would buy again
