Porirua taxis could improve by answering thier phones in a timely manner, actually arriving at the destination when they txt that they are outside and acknowledging that thier customers views and needs
Arrived on time Did Not help with pushchair while grand daughter struggled With her baby ...Complained because i used a disability card which i'm entitled to use.Then sulked because i used my eftpos card to pay the fare Threw the Eftpos card on the seat then at me We didn't pay and he stormed off!!What sort of service is that?
Terrible service. Waited one and a half hours at railway station then walked home.
I wish I could give you the zero star rating you deserve. Your operators lied three times and said someone was 2km away.... it took them 30 minutes! Thanks to your incompetence I couldn't get to my dad before he died.
Well.... this has been happening for to long. If you want a taxi order 2-3 hours before you need it cos that's how late they are!!!!!! And when you ring the call centre they cant tell you why or where the taxis are.
