I purchased a new spa earlier this year. The after sales service from day one has been has been outstanding. Unfortunately my spa developed a leak almost straight after it was installed. This was clearly a manufacturing issue and absolutely no fault could be attributed to Kapiti Pools & Spas. Nevertheless they were very apologetic and made no fuss about removing the pool and replacing it with a brand new one. Many thanks to all the team. Jan and I greatly appreciate all you have done for us. I can thoroughly recommend without any hesitation Kapiti Pools & Spas to anyone wishing to purchase a pool. Morris Barling
They came around to our house and checked out our concrete pad without charge when we were looking at getting a spa. Great advice and service, without being pushy. When we chose our spa they came around and installed it without any fuss and made we were comfortable with the install.
Great shop, very friendly professional service. Good range of products and free lollies for the kids / adults... use all the time for our pool and spa chemicals and water testing.
