Very good wide range of spa pools and equipment
We purchased a new spa from PoolPac and couldn’t rate them high enough. The installation was fantastic and we really appreciated them going the extra mile by swivelling it around so we look over the swimming pool. The after sales service has been great and we now get them to monitor our spa and swimming pool monthly.
Very friendly and efficient staff but the product we purchased via online was terrible. The pool steps are cheap plastic and won't stay sunk unless extra weights are purchased. Massively overpriced. Basically 5 stars for staff and one star for steps.

I have just bought a Spa for under 5k shipped to Napier. We couldn't be happier with it ... it is wonderful and the team at poolpac have been brilliant. Cheers Anita and Martin for a great product at a very reasonable price. I totally recommend PoolPac... regards Roy Brown .....Napier.
