Hayden came out and diagnosed the issues with our Spa quickly and were able to repair components that others would just replace. They show their experience with the units and expertise in repairs. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We bought a house with an as is where is spa, which was noted due a service and repair from the previous owners. Having not been spa owners before and unsure of its faults exactly we called Hayden at Pool Tech. Hayden was a pleasure on the phone and equally so when he came around and fixed our spa on the spot. He’s extremely knowledgeable with spas and was telling us ways to extend the life of our spa, without spending too much money on it it’s 18yrs old Hayden then went through the chemicals the old owners had left behind with me writing what we need to do and when on the bottles themselves. Really appreciate all the advice he’s given us including taking my follow up calls with chemical related questions. Very reasonable price as well. Will definitely be using Pool tech again should the need arise!
