Pollard Park and Waterlea Gardens

We loved the creek/river flowing through the park. There were plenty of places to just sit and look. The huge trees were beautiful. Loved the perfume from the roses and how someone had gone to the effort to name them. Enjoyed the ducks antics . Great playground being utilized by families. Lovely atmosphere. Just sorry I didn't take more photos.

Lot of addition for children's activity playground. Now they have a self service BBQ station. Lots of parking place. The Garden is well looked after. You will find this place a great place to relax or read a book in the shade. There is a big playground ideal for gatherings and games. Just need to supervise your kids because there is a shallow river runs through the park.

Easily accessible. Great place to visit. There's a sensory garden for blind. Beautiful plants.

Wow! We thought we just went to a playground for picnic, but what a fantastic park! Amazing flower garden, 1000 of different roses and more!

We took a wander around her early afternoon on a hot afternoon. A great time to visit the cottage with the aromatic oils producing some lovely smells. Not quite the right time of year for the roses, but some are starting to smell nice and the buds are beautiful. Spotted a sculpture on our walk as well. Lots of well placed seats to take a break, but none in the gazebo which would have been a lovely cool place to rest a while.

Amazing place for all ages. Kids loved the park and smelling the flowers. Such s beautiful place.

Pollard park is such a beautiful spot, I go here very regularly, it's lovely to walk around, the play ground is great for kid's and the barbecue area's and picnic tables make for an awesome spot for families. They have good, clean toilets. The gardens here are exceptional.

Really nice green space to take the kids. Pond and stream full of ducks, nice smooth pushchair friendly paths. There is an awesome playground for older kids and a slightly smaller one for the little ones. The smaller playground is fenced which is a bonus. Heaps of car parking under the shade and toilets/drinking fountains on site. Great for a morning out
