Pole Artistry offers group classes, private one on one lessons, stretch classes specific to pole, strength conditioning specific to pole, pole parties from 5 to 20+ people great for hens nights, work functions or a birthday celebration, and lastly for those students who do not have a pole at home, for only a few dollars a practise session allows all students to freely train on the poles to go over any techniques that were recently taught to them in a group lesson.

Any size, any age, any sex, any fitness level, pole is for everyone as it caters from people who have never exercised a day in their lives, right through to someone who has a well-established fitness regime.
