Opening 5 days a week with a doctor, nurses and pharmacist on-site at all times, we pride ourselves with providing timely, convenient and attentive care for the community.

For city commuters, we also offer late and weekend clinic at our sister clinic in Karaka.

There are 3 main reasons we have left this surgery; 1. Front of house, receptionist unfriendly unhelpful and just not the kind of staff member for the position. 2. Can't have adult appointment after 2pm as after 2 are for children only‍ as per receptionist Thursday 15th Sept. 3. Doctors and nurses keep changing no consistency, having to explain in a few minutes ur history just cant happen so they give u things to cover or mask symptoms is not good enough. When we moved from our last practice all the staff were wonderful, but all staff have have changed over the last 12months.
High staff turn over. You're always seeing someone new there. You do not feel like staff, doctors, or nurses really care about you other than I'm here to do my 9-5 job. I guess being this industry it requires more than just I'll give you a prescription for this pain but more compassion and empathy. People go to the clinic because they're feeling sick, injured, in pain, and asking for help. And don't get me started on the receptionist that everyone complains about, I'm talking about making a formal conplain, and nothing is done about it. The lady is incompetent and rude.
If google has zero star, I would have selected it! The receptionist is very incompetent, unhelpful and unacceptable level of customer service at all! All my family members will not enrol to this clinic! Wasted my time and efforts on submitting all the enrolment documents online and via emails and still telling me that she didn’t get mine!
My 13 months daughter is saw sick and we requested to see doctor, nurse mentions no doctor? and they cant see her till next Tuesday, we are local and no help done, the nurse did call but was no help, we requested for tomorrow Friday and no priority given to the little one as doctors are fully booked Adults can wait but no babies, definitely need a better service in pokeno for locals, children should be the priority, no doctor doesnt help ….
The worst medical clinic... Lived in this area for an year now and never have i ever been able to get help or an appointment, even with a serious health problem. Makes me feel helpless and I have always ended up driving all the way back to Manukau to do walk ins. They charge the highest $50 per consultation. Useless place.
if google will allow me for negative star, happy give, they will charge for collecting reports from doctor and also reception bad service, no proper response.
The worse doctor ive ever been too.. Recpetion was lovely.. but the doctor didnt even check me over to see where i was in pain, didnt even look at me, had his back turned the whole time he was not even concerned about my injuries being in a car accident.. just typed half stories on his computer.. how are you even a doctor !!??? By far the worse experience ever..!! Would not reccomend that "Doctor" Muhammad..
Very good staff. Lovely lady at the reception. Very responsive to urgent appointments. The doctors are really very good. My baby had to see Dr. R Pandey a couple of times and I am very satisfied with the results. Very effective diagnosis. Already registered my baby, will register myself as well.
I have had several disappointing first impressions of the reception staff. They changed the ability for walk-ins, to appointment only, even at level 1, and when I questioned why, I got a snippy response as its always been like that, as if I should of know that. Then when I asked for an appointment, I got their was not any, to come back another day. As I exited the building I rang my son to advise there were no appointments, and for him to call the medical centre to make an appointment as he needed to see a Dr too. As I jumped into my car, he call back to say he had an appointment in 45 minutes, I was so angry, as that reception woman lied to me. So I rang the clinic to ask, and again I got a snippy response, no appointments available. I then went along to my son appointment to complain to the Dr he was seeing, and I got a vague response as to why. I have called over several times in a day to talk to the receptionist, with no pick up. I also emailed them for a request, again no response. So I went into the clinic, told them about the phones and when ti rang she picked it up and looked at me, as to say, see someone does answer, then when asked about the email, I got nope, we did not get it, I checked the address and was correct, was advised they have been receiving emails but did not get mine, and I said there must be something at your end then, if you have not received it. I got a snippy reply and said well we are getting emails, so it seems all ok. Frankly the lack of empathy, the non apology, the tone from that reception woman, is so lacking, she needs to be given the boot. If she does not like her job, then she should not be there. She is after all the face of the clinic. One other thing, the hours the clinic operates, is a royal pain, they do not cater to working people at all. Not ever one is sick and has the ability to take time off work to fit in with the Dr run hours, seriously what happened to serving the community and having at least 1 late night, or half day sat, just something to accommodate workers!!!!.
Not impressed to be charged full consultation fee just to get a script for my meds when it was just done over the phone...a nurse could have dealt with it...the doc can't check me over over the phone so only doing half the job...I feel the fee during a phone consult should reflect this...everyone somehow someway has been affected by covid...I feel doctors fees should be altered as well when the can't see us...and yes I expressed my opinion to the doc during the consultation
