My family love a kiwi classic and try fish n chips where ever we go. At the Pokeno Country Cafe we were over the moon with the quality, taste and price. We grabbed the $15 dollar special and it was mouth watering, definitely recommend it and we are going to go back again next time we travel out those ways.

Brunch Kiwi breakfast with large flat white. Very good meal. My nieces had Eggs Benedict and they too thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Customer service good. Place is clean and tidy and there was a steady stream of customers going through. There is an outside area as well, just great.
Our second vlsit now and I'm convinced to go there again with friends. What else can I say the food and coffee complment each other while you have three options to enjoy your stay. The covered garden the cafe itself or outside in the sun watching the world go by. What could be better than that?

We head here for their Chicken Burger combo $11.50. Large fried seasoned chicken thigh and salad in a burger, with great chips, and a can of drink. A hit in our house!

Nice Dine-in area, somewhere to sit indoor and relax. Have free drink of water and free sauce to go with the food. Nice clean rest room just awesome for travelers to stop by. Lowest price you could find in any Cafe or Restaurant. Love their Chicken burger Combo and $9 Fish and Chips special with $2 Tartare or Aiolie Sauce
Best dam toasties and Americano's ever, they know how to serve a coffee. Chips are always crispy lol yumm!
