Very friendly helpful staff. Thanks so much for the good advice regarding ski fields.
Used to be happy with Pointons until I hired a board from them, whose binding had a manufacturing defect that damaged my boot. Staff promised to follow up with the manufacturer in terms of some recompense but never got back to me and did not respond to enquiries. Really annoying. Poor customer service.
