Dropped car off at 0800 for a regular service and it was ready by 1100. This included a phone enquiry from them to ask for authority to perform some minor work before commencing the work. I liked that. The team is friendly and very customer focused.
They helped us when our car broke down while on holiday in Auckland. They were very supportive, going over and above, doing all they could to get us up and running. We found the staff amazing.
