3 stars on average - 1 star for the small horrible Mercedes bus I travelled today with ABSOLUTELY NO LEG SPACE - I had to sit SIDEWAYS!!!! 5 stars for the large bus - absolutelly great. There should be a warning if they want to send this small horrible bus.
Good service, comfortable seats. On an average keeps perfect time anyway expect a 5 to 10 mins delay at destination.
Toilet paper in the bathroom would be nice, especially on the 1st route of the day! A pleasant driver would also be helpful. Otherwise it serves its purpose!
A bit cheeky, when I spoke with person at the online chat she or he said that there is no need to change the bus on the time what I choose to travel with them, when I get to the station and I asked driver he said on half way there is place we have to get to another bus.
Just pick another buses. There is a lot of issues with buying a ticket. Also you can't even be sure with ticket that they find place for you in bus.
Worst company ever. Even I had ticket they didn`t collect me from airport left without transport alternatives. Don`t trust them.
Reliable and prompt service. I wish the bus were bigger though.
clean and comfortable buses. Mains chargers for each seat. Was mainly on time for Warsaw despite all the roadworks between the two cities. Booking online was fairly easy but not everything is translated to English. no need to print tickets, just turn up with the booking number in your text message or email.
I like them. Always take them when in Poland. The drivers are friendly and professional. The buses are very clean and comfortable. There is wifi and power outlets on board too.
Avoid at any cost! First time I used Plusbus, coach was 20 minutes late. This time, 90 minutes, moreover no apologies from the driver or anything. Probably similar level of customer service I have experienced in Indonesia but not in Europe.
