Ordered a shower tray over. a week ago, they confirmed in stock and delivery day and took money. The day before they call and say it's not in stock. Customer Service not bothered. Offered me a totally unsuitable replacement and wanted me to pay extra for items I didn't want. Dreadful service. Don't use this company. They don't care at all about the customer. They have no idea what stock they have . Go elsewhere
Poor company. Click and collect is not accurate items were not in stocks and the communication was appalling. They take forever to return emails. The return policy is a joke. They take a percentage of what you bought and don't issue your refund straight away. Days later they did it and I'm still waiting for the money to go back in my account. Badly run and I do not recommend.
They supplied us with a shower tray which had a dip in it, totally unacceptable. This was obviously only noticeable after our bathroom fitter has installed our bathroom. No offer of refund or voucher, they will simply throw the book at you. Good luck with any sort of return of any product, they are not in the customer care business, they will take your money then throw their T&cs book at you. AVOID
Ordered a boiler and paid for express delivery 2-4 working days and the item took 2 months to come and they dont bother to update you, better save your money somewhere else.
Great service. Have a lot in stock and anything that's not, they can get hold of pretty quickly.
Shocked to have to even do a negative review, never the one to do so but I have been pushed with such a horrendous chase for a simple refund. Absolutely awful return service. 2 months into a return and still no sight of getting a refund. Jumped through all the hoops they gave for a return and still fighting for my money back. Was informed I would have to pay for postage, return it to the actual manufacture not plumbing world. 4 weeks after sending the return off nothing! Chased them via phone and email, now they're saying the company never received even though I have tracking details to proved otherwise! This is beyond any return I have ever dealt with. Wont be ordering from again due to such a poor return service. All for a £45 tap! Awful, guys you need to sort this out. Its a joke in this day and age.
I must admit I found 'Plumbing World' to be a really great place to purchase my resin stone shower tray and new glass shower enclosure. Having shopped around everywhere online, I kept finding that 'Plumbing World' would generally beat some of the other online suppliers for most products/brands. They had some good combo offers on too but the big big plus for me was 'click & collect'. There was a slight problem with the order once they discovered an item was out of stock and had a huge lead time but they allowed me to create an alternative plan/product and was competitive on the price still. So I actually felt that I ended up with a great deal still even though it cost me slightly more overall having subbed something for a far superior product. Abbie in sales was excellent. Collection was relatively pain free and I was fortunate to just about squeeze everything into my estate car. The guy who helped was really helpful and friendly so we managed it in the end. Very very happy with quality, service and price. Would recommend. Thanks, Iain
Personally so far I had good service from Plumbing World.Need a replacement hose for my Mira unit. Contact email Vic ,four days later they said can't help. Remember PW, email them, one day after email, they ring me, nice lady give advice, had it fitted on the same day Vic got back to me.It was cheaper then Vic, same product and got free delivery
Needed a shower tray in a hurry which they had showing as stock item online. Unlike some other companies Plumbing World actually hold the stock they show they have. Picking up from the trade counter was a breeze.with efficient and friendly staff. Would definitely use again.
Terrible after sale service. They don't care if you have any problems with the purchase. I could not return incorrectly purchased brackets for a radiator for a few weeks.
