Once again another great meal. This is my Indian go to when down that way. Simply tasty food and great portion sizes. Highly recommended. Service staff are awesome.
This place used to be ok, but it's just getting worse and worse and the prices are going up and up. last time we ordered we ordered the paneer meal Subji Punchmel and we got a watery curry with frozen veg, no mushroom as advertised, no cheese, and was left with the overwhelming taste of cardamon. The worst curry i have ever ordered, and i've ordered A LOT of curry in my life time and had some pretty bad ones.
Great local Plimmerton restaurant that leaves you feeling very full. Great selection of food and the chefs special of goat curry is well worth a try. The staff are very attentive and informed. Service of food is quick and different courses served in a timely manner. A better beer selection would have seen the Taj attract a higher rating. I have been here a number of times and will be back.
The best Indian food, great service and excellent food. Will be returning back to my new favourite indian restaurant and recommend everyone try this place
Regular Friday night takeaway once a month. Butter chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala always yummy.

Came in with no booking for 3 and were easily seated , got busy quite quickly however staff were still very warm and attentive, food was delicious and staff could be seen working very hard to deliver quick and accomodating service, really amazing will be back again !
Ok, the good…the food is great. We love the curries from the Plimmerton Taj and they’re hard to beat taste wise. Portion size is pretty standard. Garlic naan is epic. The bad…it’s expensive. $23 for a curry is probably getting up there but everything is getting more expensive so that’s life. More annoying is that their delivery is alway 30-45min late every time. We ask for a 5.45pm delivery & dinner turns up at 6.30pm which is pretty annoying. Sure, 1st world problems but annoying none the less. Build that into your planning if you’re ordering food from them.
