Bad experience. Apparently having shoe size 10US 43 EU / 9UK is too big and there is not ONE SINGLE pair in the store bigger than 9.5 US. Not a SINGLE brand or model. I feel like it is everything but an unusual size for men. Lady who served me looked like she did not want to be there and did not help in any way, shape or form.

Ordered shoes through Hoka website 3 weeks ago. Platypus shoes limited Auckland took my credit card payment of $429 but I haven’t received the shoes. No one is replying to me so these guys must be a scam company. AVOID.!

Update: After chatting with Charlotte, who by the way was an excellent help, my refund was approved and I only had to head into the store. I wish for the future, if customers have an issue with a product, that the store manager or senior staff deals with these issues and wouldn’t have to go through a 1 star google review and online customer service. At the end, there is a customers guarantee act which should be considered and the company held to. Initial service was great and bought the shoes straight away. After they turned out faulty after one month of using and buying them, the shop doesn’t care about selling faulty articles and the team didn’t even want to review them to help me with my faulty item. Therefore I just had to go back home leave them in the corner because I can’t use them Use a different company to buy your shoes!

Just bought my first pair of Dr Martens in store and I cannot praise the staff highly enough! The first lady was super helpful and put them on hold while I sorted out finances. Went back in today and a lovely guy helped me out and was so helpful and patient! The supervisor there is so lovely too, really helpful and it's clear there is a great work environment which in turn creates a fantastic customer experience. Cannot rate highly enough!

I have just had great service from Adam at the Queen Street store. Professional and helpful service with a smile. Full of knowledge about his products and an all round nice guy. It was so worth the trip into the city! We need to get back in there and make it the vibrant place it was. Thanks Adam. I love my Dr Martin sandals.

I just wanna say massive thank you to the staff who helped me get this pair of shoes. I was a bit bummed when the store didn’t have my size but she went all out to try and help me get these from other stores. This was shipped to my house in two days! I’m so happy, thank you so much to the staff and platypus Awesome customer service!

Customer service was amazing here I bought shoes within 10 minutes of entering and was helped by a young man with black hair, that I unfortunately did not get the name of. Very happy with my purchase, and the layout of the store is great and I enjoyed the music played by dj. Definitely recommend to others.
