I would like to leave a five-star review for this pharmacy for the time and care the pharmacist took with my wife over the phone regarding a cold sore our young toddler had. We were checking what we had at home and what we could safely give her. The pharmacist was thoroughly informative and genuinely caring. For someone in such a busy role, this gentleman made us feel just as important as the next customer walking through the door. It’s service like this that goes a long way in a small town and truly makes a difference. Thank you.
Excellent knowledable and friendly staff . Well set out shop with an extensive range of health care products including family adult and baby items . Also very nice gift items for all ages and prices . Highly recommend Platts Pharmacy

The best pharmacy EVER. We were with them for 15 years. So friendly, so caring, so accurate. Once, there was a mistake and they hand delivered. They go the extra mile. We only stopped using them because I'm too sick now and need hubby to get my meds from near his work after I've seen doc because I need to leave immediately for home. I've never felt in such safe hands. Their communication is excellent and we were always treated with respect. They also have the most amazing gift items. A unique place.
