Our stay at Platinum Villias was next level in every element of relaxation. The villa was warm, comforable and inviting. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay as it was our first time in Queenstown. The villa was luxuriously equiped in every aspect. We mostly enjoyed the fire place which helped with those cold rainy days and the tranquillity of the gardens outsside the villa. With 3 kids we needed all the tranquillity and space we could get and Platinum villas didnt disapoint. The staff were more 5han p4ofetional they were really hospitable and consistently went out of their way to make sure we had an 7nforgettable experience. Spoiler allert... we did have just that.nAfter a tyring day skiing and exploring we looked forward coming back home. Yes home thats what we called it home away from home. The beds were next level for regenerating sleep. They were so so confy we are now traying to get them for our home :nWe were very blessed to have found this jem. Platinum villa was exceptionally great and by far the best holiday experience we have had in our 25 years worth of holidays the globe.
We stayed here for 5 nights. The villa was so spacious and beautiful. The beds were so comfy and bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen had everything. Great location and service from staff. We had booked an Alpine View villa but our villa was towards the back so we had a very limited view which was very disappointing considering how much we had paid.
We absolutely loved out stay and will definitely be back! We had a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with alpine views. It was every bit the pictures on the website and more. The location was around a 15 min walk from town but even better, the bus came right to the door and it’s easy to get into and out of town for a couple of bucks. The beds were super comfy, it was warm with a gas heater and the heated bathroom floors and towel rails were great. The fully equipped kitchen made self catering easy and Woolworths even does online deliveries to the door. Exceptional property, immaculate, clean and well presented. The washing machine and dryer were also a huge bonus. Great place to stay with plenty of room to relax.
I loved the views here and could sit and watch the lake and mountains all days. The villa was also very spacious and well appointed - everything you need for a comfortable stay was there.
As a member of the travel industry, I am fortunate to stay in amazing accommodation all over the world. The platinum villas tick all the right boxes from comfort, location, service, amenities, and nothing beats the view. I have been coming back each year and couldn't think of anywhere better to stay in Queenstown. Thanks for another great stay and look forward to being back in 2026!
