There where only two things I didn’t like one was the power points are mostly at ground level which my plugs didn’t fit as they need more clearance for the cords. The other was no fans or aircon in the bedrooms for airflow on a summer’s night. Leaving the glass sliding doors open wasn’t an option on some night as neighbouring units would entertain until 3am and the noise mad it difficult to sleep with the doors open and too stuffy with them closed
There is nothing to not like about Platinum Queenstown. From the minute we were meet at reception to our check out this morning, everything was top notch. The unit is wonderful, very warm and inviting and exactly as shown in photos and described on the web page. As a family of 4, with 10 year old twins, this is a great place to stay for families with games and dvd's available. Close to town for convenience but fair enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Amazing views of the lake with the mountains as a back drop. Heated bathroom floors were a big hit along with the gas powered fireplace
This is the PERFECT family accommodation in Queenstown. It is spacious, beds are super comfortable, layout is great, beautiful open fire, internal laundry with washer and dryer and the styling is gorgeous. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough. This is our sixth trip to Queenstown so we have tried quite a few places. Nothing even comes close to these villas. We will be back.
Amazing… we were a family of 6 and lots of space for everyone.nGreat location and breathtaking views.nThey were very accommodating for an infant at no extra cost, and honestly they thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable.nI would definitely stay here again when we next visit.
Last week, my family and I enjoyed a delightful seven-night stay at Platinum Apartments. We were thoroughly impressed with everything – from the impeccable rooms to the convenient location and serene atmosphere. The bus stop right outside, offering frequent services, was a bonus, making it easy to reach town. Should we find ourselves in Queenstown again, there's no doubt we'll be returning to this wonderful accommodation.
