Best store to walk around, really organised for the space they have. There has been a massive improvement recently in the management of the store
Awesome customer service
Service and customer support is average. Their range was limited to non existant for silicones, Tapes and Paint accessories. Mitre 10 Mega now over the road...kills them in all areas. We even moved out kitchen design from Placemakers to Mega Mitre10..due their service shoddiness.
Rubbish choice of materials and zombie staff, except a few- this place needs a serious renewal
Inside parking limited.
Poor layout for the trade entrance/exit. Way too cramped with too many supplies to work your way around.
