Horrendous. Just got home and discovered that none of the pizzas were cooked properly. All were raw dough under the toppings! Would appreciate a way to contact about a refund. Not impressed!
Customer number345115.nI got a gluten free Loaded Hawaiian at 6.45 tonight,The topping was thrown on it and one half had hardly any topping,I know you were very busy but not fair on walk in customers. You do not know until you get home what you have.We will try again but not happy. We have had loaded Hawaiian before but sad about the amount of toppings.
A bit disappointed with service. Delivery was on time but was missing items. When I called to tell them and to get them delivered, I gave my order number, name and what I ordered and didn't receive. They seemed to brush me off or didn't understand and hung up on me. Im very dissatisfied with the service, food was nice but they need to double check they have everything.
Never in my life have I seen such a sloppy, greasy, soggy mess of a pizza. It may as well have been a casserole. I have no idea how they do it here, but it's their norm. I'd be impressed if I wasn't so disgusted.
I visited Wanganui Pizza Hut Victoria Ave on Friday 6th March. I arrived in the car park at 6.35pm. One customer in the shop 7before me. I ordered my pizza almost immediately then waited 35 minutes to get it. I left the car park at 7.10pm. On the 10th March I received a parking breach notice for $85.00 dollars. I was 5 minutes over the 30 minutes allowed. Needless to say the $22.95 pizza ended up costing $107.95. Great customer service Pizza Hut.nPS watch the local paper for more
