Ordered 12 pizzas for delivery from Pizza Hut Waihi and it was spot on. Pizzas arrived hot, fresh, and loaded with more toppings than other pizza hutts we’ve ordered from. Delivery was quick, everything was correct, and the garlic bread was perfectly toasted. Will definitely order again
I always pay and order through the App and go pick it up at exactly what time they tell me it will be ready. Great value for money, food is always hot, never had to wait, staff are lovely and it's super convenient being next to the supey.
It's always great timing, I do get delivery sometimes but also pick up and mostly use it if pushed for dinner or running very late. Just wish the fries were not soggy by the time they arrive
Worst customer service. Food is even more worse. Do not waste your money here. Spend somewhere else where you can get what you paid for. Pizza was so greasy and even didn’t cut properly.
The worst pizza hut I've been to so far it took 25 minutes for 3 pizzas 3 chips an they didn't evenly cut them properly 1 pizza had 2 massive pizzas an the rest were small so we had to recut them plus the chips were cold I recommend not going to this pizza hut katikatis pizza hut is way better 10 minutes your feeds ready plus itl be hot what really pist me off is that they could see me an my kids waiting for 25 minutes this is meant to be a fast food restaurant so out of 1 to 10 I won't even rate it a 1 so I'll be going to katikati from know on
