The only place you can buy fresh tasty Pizza in Tuakau, you can tell they eat the food themselves and it is made with lots of fresh ingredients vs stingy tasteless frozen generic blocks of mystery ingredients like other shops. I have tried a few styles and my favorite is the Peri Peri Chicken on a thin base, my wife always gets the classic kiwi favorite, BBQ Meat lovers, always generous toppings. Downside of being the best is we have found they are always busy, so make sure you order well in advance on the app to avoid long wait or dissepiment. Two stars for atmosphere because there are always seems to be half a dozen mouth breathers just standing in store waiting for no apparent reason.
I go there I order $7 combo which is a small pizza, serving of chips and can coke. Just right for me. Ive had this for lunch and dinner. Yummy.nI found the service very good. Not too long a wait for order. Stools available inside, wait for order.nThe premises aren't very, I believe it serves its purpose well.
The couple of times I have ordered from here my order has still been hanging on the to-do rack, and there's plenty of hands free to make pizza..nnBecause I get here on the pick up time and wait around for ages 30-45mins... I get to see the prep done. If you have a seafood ALLERGY do NOT eat from here, because the glove changing doesn't happen and the cross contamination is very obvious.nnI would recommend calling and requesting ASAP, not placing an online order - it'll get missed.nnThe staff are friendlynThe waiting area is tidynnThey did make up for the wait time with a free cheesecake, so we appreciated the gesture
We visited in Tuakau pizza hutt store recently their customer service is soo bad staff is very unprofessional the lady who I think was manager was so rude and unapologetic for taking wrong order by one of staff she made us wait sooo long even without any explanation very disappointed and unsatisfied with the customer service .i wish i could rate minus star to them .
23.3.23 bought pizzas + chicken. Best pizza hut , fresh, hot and all round delicious. Enjoyed by all my family. Staff were great x3 ladies Well run ship considering the busyness. Passing through! Will return!
