Love this Pizza Hut. The base is always top notch, and the service is fabulous. Feel like this Pizza Hut is better quality than the usual ones.
Ordered 20 minutes in advance ended up waiting another 20 for my food just it to be absolutely disgusting and poor assembled. Will not be returning…
Food was as you’d expect but the wait was not good! ordered online and was told 20 minutes, got to the store after 20 minutes and told sorry it’s 2 minutes away… well I had to wait a further 25 minutes in store! This is not acceptable I could have been waiting at home. I don’t care if it takes two hours but there is no need to lie. Dominos is the way to go
Customer Service was appalling took my order at 6pm and told me 20mins at 6.30 people who ordered after me were receiving theirs orders before me.nWent up to the counter again and asked where my order is which they could not find and then came back and said ten more minutes it had been missed. At 6.50 I asked again and still had to wait finally got out of there at 7pm. No apology or anything. Once they get your money they don't care. I literally live two minutes away and by the time I got home everybody's chips and pizza were cold. No management skills in there at all absolutely shocking Service, poor execution and food was sub par at best.
Delicious pizza and ready on time for pickup. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
