Only ordered through PH as they're the only ones that deliver to Stoke.nBut NEVER again. I ordered pizza HOURS in advanced and delivery for a certain time only for it to arrive an HOUR later and cold. Which was not good enough when you're trying to feed a tribe of kids!nWhat's even worse is we sent an email away complaining of the service to which someone named Cheyenne replied by basically saying they don't give a shit.nThis is beyond shocking service.
If you want burnt food and soggy fries, go to Pizza Hut
They said it would take 7 minutes but it took about 45 minutes to make when I was the only customer here. Also had hardly any pepperoni on it.
Wait time was disgusting and I watched as they served people from their own culture in front of other customers who we're waiting longer
Yum pizza, really good service, always had friendly interactions here, quality of both the pizza and the customer service is top notch.nn10/10
