Pizza and side was better than taupo, topping and service. Would have been a 5 but alot of confusion at counter and finding hair in the pizza. But pay for what you get. Would go back
I was a little early so I tried to sit on a stool at the front of the shop but it was too tall. I was only picking up the order and delivering it to a birthday lunch and I didn't open any of the boxes so I cannot comment on the look, quality or taste of the pizzas. The pizzas began to emerge from the cooker on time and were packaged swiftly. The staff member treated me politely and professionally. There is a disabled person's carpark close to the door of the shop.
Love the pizza but customer service very poor due to language impaired. English needs to be applied when it comes serving customers.I posted a Seafood Deluxe Pizza photo in info section however the delivery was late but its understandable that first night Pizza Hut been open during Convid19 level 3 the problem is pizza was delivered cold. Not on guys. Was not happy at all.
Absolutely love my pizzas from Hāwera Pizza Hut, I’m very fussy with my Pizza but have never had any complaints here, the staff are always friendly and quick to serve you with a smile. nnAnd their strawberry cheesecake is to absolutely die for!!!
They're always fast and ensure that requests for toppings to be removed or added to pizza are ACTUALLY added or removed Remove onion, add chicken etc fast delivery service too, only downside is that Dominos has more deals available more frequently, plus Dominos doesn't charge for delivery as long as the order is over $20. I still prefer Pizza Hut over
