Worst experience.nI ordered garlic bread and it arrived burnt and hard. When we called, we were asked to share a photo and told they would get back to us. After waiting, we called again—this time we were told it “looks good,” kept on hold for a long time, and then finally informed it would be replaced.nnThe replacement was completely wrong—super spicy and not what we originally ordered. Very disappointing service and poor quality control. Will not recommend.

I just tried Chicken Slingshot burger from pizza club chapel road– it was absolutely delicious and packed with flavour and a perfect balance of spice, fresh chicken, salad, all in a soft bun that held together nicely. The portion size was generous and left me completely satisfied, especially alongside their other chicken slingshot items which are I loved. Highly recommend this place if you love bold, Indian-inspired flavours and want something more exciting.

I am writing to express my disappointment with Pizza Club – Chapel Road, Auckland.nThe staff attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude. It felt like different customers were treated differently, which is unacceptable in any business.nOn top of that, the food quality and taste were very poor. The pizza was not fresh, had very little flavour, and was nowhere near the standard expected from Pizza Club.nThis was one of the worst experiences I have had at a pizza store in Auckland. I will not be returning unless there is serious improvement in both customer service and food quality.nI hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains staff properly so other customers do not face the same experience.

I recently tried the Veg Patty Burger from Wow Burger, a brand under Pizza Club, and I was thoroughly impressed! The burger had a perfectly cooked, flavorful veg patty that was juicy and well-seasoned. The bun was fresh, and the toppings complemented it perfectly. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying experience that I’d highly recommend!
