We ordert tandoori chiken tikka pizza very bad experience its hair inside. And quality not good. Waste of Money.

NEVER ORDER CHICKEN FROM THIS PLACE !nnI ordered a pizza and 2x chicken wings. Got delivered, took a bite and noticed that it was RAW.nnI still taste the bloodiness in my mouth, so disgusting. How can you serve this to people ?!!nnI’m never ordering from pizza club ever again. If I get sick, i will be in contact with the council. You guys seriously need to double check your cooking processes this is unacceptable.

I had a really disappointing experience at Pizza Club on Chapel Road. I called to place an order for a large BBQ chicken pizza, but the staff member who answered the phone kept saying he couldn't hear me and asked me to raise my voice — to the point where I had to practically shout just to get my order across.nnWhat surprised me was that when I gave him my mobile number and he confirmed my name in the system, he suddenly had no trouble hearing me.nnI've been a regular customer here because the service is usually great, but today’s experience was really frustrating and not up to the standard I’ve come to expect.

Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and it took a long time to get our order. When we finally got the pizza, it wasn’t even what we ordered, and no one bothered to apologise or fix the mistake.Definitely not coming back — terrible experience overall
