Nicci is the hostess with the mostess, the porridge for breakfast is easily the best I've ever had. Add an unbeatable location and value for money, unbeatable!
Nicci was a Great host we only stayed one night, would highly recommend this place if u stay in picton really pleasant place to stay.

Awesome value. Clean, tidy and safe. Very close to ferry terminal, shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds, warm and great amenities. Simple but good fresh free breakfasts. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
