My wife & I had a great experience here. It was definitely a different feel than the average traditional American restaurant; and I deeply appreciated that! I ordered the lamb gyro, and it was EXCELLENT! These people take great pride in their place, and put a lot of love in their food. Thank you Pita House!!! RECOMMENDED!
Very good authentic Mediterranean food. The restaurant is in the back half of the building while a small grocery store is found in the front. Not much seating there, but it seems that the long line of customers were mostly there for takeout. That was a good surprise as we were passing through and tired of the usual American food fare and wanted a place to sit down to eat. The high rating was spot on and didn't disappoint. I would recommend the side of babaganush. It was amazingly tasteful.
The food was absolutely delicious and there is so much of it. My husband and I could probably have shared a plate. I got the vegetarian plate and was so happy with it. He got the lamb kabobs, and said they were so tender. Definitely will be going back. Vegetarian options: Delicious and filling Parking: Great parking lot.
8/5/22 Went to dinner here on a Friday night, hours of operation are 11 am to 8 pm every day but Sunday. Upon arrival we lined up to place our order and pay, cash only, no tipping. Specializing in Middle Eastern food everything is made of fresh ingredients. Their pita bread and freshly made hummos are especially good. The restaurant is clean and has family atmosphere we saw people of all ages and many children dining. We enjoyed a Mediterranean Salad & a Tabouli Salad and for entrees a plate of Grilled chicken and steak kebabs with middle Eastern style rice pilaf and the Middle Eastern plate with Chicken Shawarma. Also located here is a Middle Eastern grocery store open 8 am to 8 pm every day except Sunday. We bought two packages of their pita bread which is 6 to a bag for $2.99. For dessert we got the pistachio baklava. We had enough food to enjoy our dinner and take half home for later. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! Tef Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian appetizers, salads and entrees to choose from here. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces available for customers.
Just a mediocre experience here for lunch. The person taking our order was very distracted and did not seem customer focused at all. The food was just okay for the price. The restaurant was clean. To order you wait in line and they give you a number to put on your table for them to bring the food to when it is ready.
They have variety of food and good service and always busy but worth it. Only thing is they only take cash. Enjoy their food every time
Superb! Everything tastes perfect. Great environment. Fantastic choices, feels like eating at a friend's house. But if that friends mom didn't think you were a good influence but still had high hopes for you because of your potential. But that dude's mom can throw down in the kitchen. I miss my friends' moms. I got the gyro.
What an absolutely fantastic dining experience. Family run restaurant, super friendly, they only take cash and have a "no tip" policy. The best falafel sandwich I have ever had with just the right amount of veggies, falafel and tahini. Don't forget to add some hot sauce for extra flavor. The restaurant also has a grocery store which looks charming, and I intend to check it out on our next visit which will hopefully be soon. If 6 stars were allowed I would give Pita House a 6 star rating. Will definitely visit again!
I get the hype! We always drive by pita house and saw the crowded parking lot but this time we went and had dinner at 4pm to avoid the crowd. Everything we ordered was amazing.Recommended dishesLamb Shish Kabab, Falafel Plate with Hummus, Baba Ghanouj, Tabouli, Fresh Pita Bread
Incredible food and a very polite and kind owner and staff! Loved everything about my visit. Note that the listed 9am opening time is for the grocery side; the restaurant opens at 11am daily.
