We focus on healthy and clean eating with no compromise on flavours. Everything is made from scratch using mostly organic and free-range ingredients.

Story

Over the years, I have developed a passion for cooking and entertaining. We love to entertain at home and I would be excited about creating beautiful and healthy food that everyone would enjoy. I often say, I am happy the most when I am in the kitchen!

I am often disappointed with the quality and taste of food when we go out to either functions or restaurants. I don't enjoy food that is high in fat and sugar, that comes in tiny portions and looks beautiful but tasteless but you are still hungry after you have eaten 6 courses!!
Pit s kitchen was born almost by accident with the help and endless encouraging from my loving husband, who also enjoys entertaining and cooking. He is now retired from cooking (at home) to focus on his day job ( finance). My gorgeous friend Micol Salvetto who was also my first client contributed a great deal of support to Pit's kitchen - I am very grateful.

Mission

We say there is no short cut in life and I say there is no short cut in my food either. I make almost everything from scratch- sauce, stocks, dressing etc. so I know and have control over what goes into my food.

Our core focus is on healthy living. We believe healthy living mainly starts from healthy eating. We use mainly organic ingredients including seeds, nuts and oil. Fruits and vegetables are mainly organic and at least spray-free. Our meat especially chicken are free-range from the well known sauce.
