Theeee freshest and sweetest fruit I've ever tasted! The punnets are so good value considering the high quality and freshness of the berry's. We live a hour away and are returning customers now! Ice creams are super delicious. The shop itself is very clean and well maintained which is another reason we keep coming back!! Absolutely a big must to stop if your ever passing by you will not regret if you love fresh fruit. This is no where near compared to supermarket berry's either this is top tier
The best ice cream we have ever had! Seriously, the absolute best. The muffins were great too!! Do yourself a favor and stop in for a treat and fresh berries!!
Good little stop on the way to Taranaki. The frozen yoghurt waffle cone was good, and the kids liked the fruits that were on sale at the shop.
Great little stop. Beautiful berries, fruit ice creams, muffins, coffee and plenty of parking for a picnic style break
We actually love this place but my nearly three year old grandson ran over to the fence around the grass area and stuck his hand through onto the ELECTRIC FENCE wire 100mm behind it. Not one warning notice in sight. Not Cool. Please put up some warning signs ASAP.
Overall it is a good place to stop, but one of my friends said they had less berries in her ice cream compared to other berries ice cream shop as her personal opinion
Exactly what we needed on a hot summer drive. We found this place on our way from Auckland to Taranaki. We all enjoyed the ice creams.
Great pitstop, especially in summers, to quench your thirst with some of these natural cold treats. Had lots of outdoor shaded/non-shaded seating and clean toilets. They have ice creams/frozen yogurt for $5 or $4 for kids cone- 50¢ for waffle cone Blueberry, raspberry, strawberry or mix berry or smoothies a bit steep for $8.5 Smoo, buzz and berry. They even sell all berries in small and large boxes and muffins and coffee as well. Both ice cream and smoothies we're great and must recommended if passing through.
Average service, racist vibes? Coffee was reasonable, berries expensive. While waiting for my coffee I picked up and examined a few kinds of berries trying to decide if they were worth the price, and nobody looked twice. But when my partner, who isn't pakeha like me, gently picked up a single container of strawberries to buy and then decided another container looked better, a staff member started lecturing her about them not being a supermarket and accusing her of bruising the strawberries which were in a hard plastic container. Examining any fresh produce before purchasing it is very reasonable, especially at that price, and her tone was unnecessary. Our group had been looking foward to coffee and icecream after a long drive, and ended up trying to enjoy it while consoling my upset partner who had been scolded like a child
Lovely girls serving a great product. Friendly service for a beautiful cold icecream on a hot day. I always purchase the frozen berries. BUY LOCAL
