As an Asian I totally have no idea what is authentic and what is not but, as we tried the Penne Gamberie and Tagliatelle Contartufo, I can say that it is definitely a hit. We ended up sharing as they have different flavor and the creaminess of the Tagliatelle is well balanced. The roasted lamb is good as well, it’s so soft and tasty along with the mashed potato.nnAnd the service? the staff are friendly and nice, they greet as with a smile and as we about to leave they even said “Thank you” three times to us so, definitely a highly recommended place for us.
As an Italian, this was the best pizza I had in Auckland. Same as you would get in Italy, easy to digest and fair price. The dessert menu is great with all homemade dishes. Didn't try the pasta or appetizers. The owners were really nice as we had a chat after dinner. 100% recommended.
Went to pinnochios for the 5th time last night. Every single time I've been Ive ordered something different and each dish never fails to amaze me. Pizzas are one of my favourite dishes so an especially big thank you to Pietro for continuosly bringing the best pizzas Ive ever had. 11/10 restaurant. Love the enthusiasm from the staff. Easily my favourite at this point. GRAZIE!!

Absolutely worth the trip! Even though I live far from this restaurant, I’ll definitely be coming back. The food is simply incredible, with authentic Italian flavors that stand out in every bite. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It’s a true gem, and I’m more than happy to make the journey to enjoy it again!
