Lovely. Super host, good value for a large family.
Great accommodation. Very clean and amenities were great. Communal living area is awesome with a well stocked kitchen, comfy lounge , pool table and table tennis table.
Awesome lodge, probably the best accommodations I had so far in nzl. Great place to relax, very clean and great location next supermarket just 3 minutes by walk and the beach is pretty close as well. The owner is very friendly, I highly recommend this lodge

The owner is very friendly and helpful with our stay there. He showed us many area to travel to during our stay. The place was immaculate. We will be coming back and will recommend this Lodge to our friends travelling to New Zealand.
My favorite stay in New Zealand! There isn't enough that I could recommend about this place. Friendly staff, great and clean facilities, good location and good price, it was all great. Please don't expect this to be a 5 star hotel, but within its category it is as good as it can get!
This place was great. Only one other person was staying at the time. We therefore had our own bathroom in our room, plus the share bathroom to ourselves 5 of us which was handy. There is a common area with a tv, kitchen and pool table to keep you entertained also. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended.
The host, Steve, and the hostel were great!! Very clean, comfortable, and great location. Steve informed us the hostel would be getting a facelift soon. Would definitely stay again when I come back to visit.
Great beds and location since it is near a supermarket and food restaurants. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the spiders and crickets in the bedroom
