Really disappointed with finish and overpriced - don’t make this mistake, wish I’d never gone! A rare treat to have the time and money to have my nails done. I hoped for a thorough job at a fair price. Instead I had a quick pedi, with no polish, basic shaping and minimal foot scrub. It cost £30! So shocked by the quality and price, I expected it to cost far less based on what I had done. I felt scammed. The price for a pedi with no polish was not listed anywhere and it was far from ‘luxury gel pedi’ in the brochure at £35. I could have been more understanding of the cost if the setting, experience and finish had been better. Small salon, strong chemical smell, grubby seats, poor finish, unfriendly staff. I left feeling guilty at the waste of money, I won’t be back - not worth it!Service: Pedicure
Let's start with how unpleasant, unprofessional service in this "salon" is. The lady doing my nails did not suit me very much, that my hands are not relaxed and she felt it by behaving inappropriately and unprofessionally. Hygiene in this salon is an abstract concept because none of the tools have been sterilized or cleaned. There are also no dust collectors and the Lady was working with the phone next to it, which was full of dust. The quality of the obtained nails is very poor. Nails extended with tips which have not been done for a long time in the world of nail stylists. In addition, the nails were filed, the cuticles were not worked out at all. And now the worst: I chose the black color. Instead of using the correct varnish, the lady used the base itself in black and left the gaps so that the light showed the shortcomings. On the side, the nails were unpainted, underdeveloped. The visit lasted about 30/40 minutes and it is not enough time to perform such a service properly and professionally. In a good salon with really good stylists it takes up to 2 hours. I was very dissatisfied with these nails and I advise against anyone visiting this salon, if only because of the lack of hygiene, and it is obvious that health is the most important thing. I absolutely advise against and I do not advise you to be influenced by the photos presented in the salon.Services: Sculpted nails
Horrendous experience, Owner named Kelly is extremely rude and even after asking her multiple times to fix the nails she did for me they still didn’t look good at all. The acrylic was incredibly thick, my nails were all different shapes. I asked her politely if she could file them all into the same shape that I asked for but everytime she redid them they still looked wonky and mismatched. I was looking at my nails and she told me to hurry up and decide what I want to do because she’s busy. I didn’t like the way I was treated at all. After she was finished I washed my hands and there was bubbles in my nails. I told her I wasn’t happy yet again and she sat down to fix them, put her headphones in and FaceTimed a friend talking and laughing whilst ‘fixing’ my nails. I couldn’t understand what she was saying but I felt ignored and very uncomfortable. Ultimately, I understand that Kelly tried to rectify my nails which I appreciate but no matter what they were still all different. It’s her rudeness that I don’t appreciate and I have asked for my money back countless times but she is refusing me that. I am entitled to my money back as she’s provided a service which is faulty. One of my nails chipped not even 12 hours after I left.

Nail tech was very clearly rushing as they caught my fingers many many times. Ive been going to queen's for years and only recently has the quality become cheap since becoming Pinkys. Prices have gone up but quality has gone down.

I’ve been there twice. The man in the was very gentle as I said my nails are super sensitive. He did a very good job. Went in there this week and the man was doing someone else nails so I had to go with the woman in there. I asked her for a coffin shape and had my extensions long enough for her to do it but she just said they’re too short. I’ve had them done before and even had short pointy nails so I know they were not too short. She filed my nails super quick and didn’t even try to make them coffin shape. She was very quick,probably did a full set of acrylics and painted them in about 20min and just kept saying that my extensions are too short for coffin shape. Absolutely ridiculous,just because she couldn’t be bothered. My friends saw my nails and said they are absolutely fine length to get a coffin shape. Also,as soon as the lady finished my nails she just went on her phone and didn’t bother about me anymore at all. The man came and checked my nails. I really think she should rethink her attitude,there was no one waiting after me so why rush so bad. I’m not happy with my nails at all this time. I will still go there but only going to let the man do my nails.
Love getting my nails done here, quick and efficient. Pedicure is amazing have your feet like new
