Caught ferry across to viaduct. A fantastic way to travel on a lovely day. Packed due to game at Eden Park but highly recommend.
Unfortunately the large scale development in the marina is making a visit pretty ordinary. I assume the development is the start of an apartment build by Empire Capital. Direct access to B and C piers is cut off with available approaches from A pier or from the berth holder's car park via the access to D pier. It is likely the development will continue foreseeably for the next couple of years.
