I recently bought a coffee table and end side table from this company. They came with dents and looked cheap picture were not clear on their website. I was unhappy because of the price I payed. I emailed pictures to them and asked for a refund. They said that there is nothing there and refuse to give me a refund. When speaking to me it sounded really unprofessional. I sent them more pictures visibly showing dents and telling them that I’m unhappy with the quality and I will write a review about this. They then said there is actually visible dents and they will give me a refund. However I was charged £62 for the delivery which shouldn’t be my price to pay as it’s not my fault the quality is bad. I’m very unhappy. Do not buy from this company. Bad quality coffee table. Bad service. Bad everything . Stay away. I tried my best to try attach an image for proof but it won’t let me. Feel like it was done on purpose

I made contact with this company picture perfect home, regarding 2 PU Dining chairs, the staff were so helpful and pleasant their customer service was second to none, at the time they didn’t have the chairs i wanted in stock. When they retrieved them  I was able to purchase these beautiful chairs I so wanted. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends, believe me if you try them, you won’t be disappointed. A very satisfied customer

Ordered 3 mirror tables, 2 out of 3 chipped, clearly no quality control checks. Offered only 50% refund on one table to keep it and have a chipped table on display after having paid full price. Now company says they no longer have replacement nor does their supplier. Useless company and poor customer service. Poor quality products with no quality control checks being sold.

I am very pleased & satisfied with this company. The mirrors are outstanding lovely quality so well made..I was so surprised how lovely they are I cannot wait to put them up I have to decorate first. They are so unusual..they come packed & protected very well & delivery was fast.

Ordered item - received when promised. Packaging is superb so one glass dressing delivered table in perfect condition. One very happy customer who will return

I have just received my lovely  pummel foot stool, I did purchase one last year and was so impressed with the quality of workmanship and leather that I purchased a second one. The service from Picture Perfect Home Ltd has been fantastic, the item was dispatched and delivered very quickly and was packaged well. The company kept me informed every step of the way. I regretted ordering my side tables from this company after reading the reviews. I was gutted. I even emailed asking them to please cancel my order I no longer wish to have them. They replied saying they will try because the items have already been picked up by the courier. Anyway, the tables got delivered today and Omgggg I am absolutely in Love with them. I am extremely happy with them. So happy it never got cancelled. Thank you so much Picture Perfect Home xxx

Took a really long time to get a redelivery, 4 weeks. The courier was excellent made sure he opened the new furniture and put it in place for me. Would have been one star if not for the delivery man.
