I had a FANTASTIC sport massage with Amanda! I'm definitely going back and I would recommend them. She was very Knowledgeable giving me tips to improve my flexibility and tension in the areas that she worked on. I would highly recommend Body Logics. The team there are fantastic. The booking process is seamless and availability is never an issue - even when booking a last minute appointment. I’ve been seen by both Amanda and Jason several times over the years. Both have been a huge help with relieving pain and helping me to explore how to move better to ensure the pain doesn’t come back. Over the recent weeks, I have had both physio sessions and sports massages with Amanda. Amanda has been brilliant; an expert in her field and has truly helped with relieving tightness. I visited with a specific problem and was booked in for a 30 min sports massage as I just wanted to focus on my lower back. Monika had a full but brief conversation with me prior to the treatment so that she was clear about the history. Monika released a lot of tension both in my lower back, spine and glutes as well as stretching out my quads. Getting off the treatment couch was the most comfortable I had felt for two weeks and although a slight reaction the following day the improvement has continued. I have already booked my next session. Great work!
I had a Sports Massage with Nick at the Whetstone location easy parking. This was my first visit with Bodylogics and as my line of work requires physical fitness I am very particular in choosing highly certified places. The reception team were helpful and kept me up to date prior to the appointment. I went with certain muscular tensions and Nick was able to focus on all of these as well as a general MOT. It was evident Nick was really knowledgeable, experienced and he used so many techniques to release my muscles from their constant tension, which was exactly what I went for, so I will definitely go back.
After the first visit when Jason gave me a very clear explanation of the strategy we would take to enable full recovery, things have been progressing nicely. The second and third visits moved on to address related issues and Jason's guidance to move me to full recovery was thorough and excellent.
Had a great pleasure of catching last minute session with Monica! I had an old ankle injury resurfaced and was given great service, knowledgable insights and exercises to practise at home. After 4 weeks, I'm back to running and yoga like before. Thank you so much!
I had a deep tissue massage with Alina and I was really impressed - she understood my problem and actively worked with me to find a solution. She was thorough, empathetic and applied great pressure throughout the treatment. I thoroughly recommend her as a therapist :
Amanda was absolutely amazing, my first appointment was so good that I had to rebook her again! My lower back / glutes were so sore & stiff and I was experiencing pains, after only 15 minutes of her magic I was already feeling much better, she also advised me of some stretches which I followed after my appointment and I can gladly say I feel a lot better! Highly recommend Bodylogics! :
