MISSION STATEMENT - Here at PHYSIO MOVES we take pride in providing quality and affordable Physiotherapy services to aid the management of musckuloskeletal injuries to improve your movement and get you back to doing the things you love to do. Our practice approach is based on an integration of manual therapy, acupuncture, and exercise prescription that focuses on treating the cause of your problem rather than providing a temporary solution.

Awesome experience at this physio with Rachel, who helped me to rehab my thumb which I had injured playing basketball. She was really knowledgable and empathetic, and I'd highly recommend booking a session with her to help rehab any joint pains or injuries!
