We committed to improving health and performance through education, exercise and hands on techniques/treatments. Above all else we are focused on providing you with appropriate, effective Physiotherapy in an ethical way.
Approach
We are not a massage and ultrasound type of clinic, focusing more on active physiotherapy techniques such as; exercise rehabilitation, self management and a few proven hands on techniques, to aid you in your recovery and for your performance gains.
Given our approach is a little different to Physiotherapy you may have had in the past, we offer your first assessment with us at no cost to you. Come meet and talk to us and we are sure you will see the benefits to this approach.
Our Physiotherapist is fully ACC registered and can help you with any injuries caused by an accident. We do require a co-payment, but the majority of the cost is covered by ACC.
