Rob and the team at Pause Studios have been a dream to work with from the very start. The communication was outstanding, Rob was attentive and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. From the engagement session to the wedding, Rob captured the most incredible photos and to say we’re STOKED with the outcome would be an understatement. Rob made us feel like an old friend we’d known forever. His passion for capturing your most special memories and the over and above effort make Pause Studios the obvious choice. Having a good photographer is one of the most important things on your special day and I definitely suggest having a videographer as it brings all the special moments to life that not everyone sees on the day. We are so grateful we chose Pause Films and photo for both of these and we couldn’t recommend them enough. They did the most amazing job and we can’t stop looking at the beautiful photos and the best video. They captured our special day perfectly and we felt like they were with us on the whole journey, it meant a lot knowing they were just as excited as we were for our wedding day. As an Event Planner we were looking for someone pretty special to capture my daughters 21st and as soon as we looked at Robs prior work we knew he was the one.  On the night Rob was amazing capturing all the details and also directing guests to make sure the shots were perfect - he fit in so well we didn’t even notice him when he captured some candid shots.  The photos are stunning and capture the whole night perfectly, I would use Rob again and again for everything I do and will recommend him for all our wedding and event clients.

We were lucky enough to get married in Rotorua just before NZ went into lockdown. We were even luckier to have Rob and Wincy capture our special day for us. We knew from day dot that they were going to capture our day perfectly and they made the whole process so much fun and super easy. While we knew Pause Films and photo would capture some beautiful shots, they completely exceeded our expectations. We could not recommend them enough. Thanks Rob and Wincy!

We had the most amazing experience with Rob on the day- it was like we’d known him for years! He not only got amazing footage but pieced everything together so well, all while the weather was shocking. I would recommend Pause Films and Photo to anyone that’ll listen.

We had Rob and Wincy as videographers for our wedding and they were awesome! When I first messaged them an explained our situation, they were so accommodating, so professional, and had nothing but love and good vibes for our family.
