What to expect at your consultation with Phoenix Nutrition:
Once you have booked an appointment with Phoenix Nutrition, you will be sent a Food Diary to fill in and bring to your initial consult.
This first appointment will take approximately 1 ¼ - 1 ½ hours, where you will be asked about your health, diet and lifestyle. From this, a detailed plan will be developed specifically for the individual, and may include diet, exercise or lifestyle recommendations.
Follow-up appointments will be booked for 2-4 weeks after the initial consult to track progress and to make any necessary adjustments to the plan.
