What a team! Caitlyn and Lyll are amazing to deal with the customer service is outstanding and the level of workmanship exceeded my expectations, keep up the good work
Hey,nI'm sad to have to leave this review, but too much has gone wrong with my truck, and too little has been done about it.nI had my truck booked for a 4'' Staino and airbox, which I then added a cross-over pipe to, as I thought I might treat myself.nThe Job started or was pushed back when I was overseas for a week in September and they were very open about it and in communicating it with me and so on,nso altogether the job took 2 weeks which was fine with me. Not even a week later I had to go back as there was a noise coming from the cross-over pipe and it turns out whoever did the job forgot a bracket as they thought it would look cleaner with only 1 instead of 2. Very open about it though which I give credit for, but then at the start of October the truck made noises again and they took it back but had to open the hole in the inner guard which then we would do a panel report/ if needed cert for.nGot the truck back after some going back and forth as they had a deadline and I would not have gotten back to me before the deadline.nIt's been a month and a half and I have yet to receive the panel report and called about it last Friday and I had a very rude conversation with Caitlyn blaming me for their backlash/ Having to take my truck back twice and therefore not having the time to get my report back to me.nHow is it my fault that I had to go back for repairs as the first job wasn't up to standard?nNeed the panel report for WoF as my WoF guy said that I won't be able to get one anymore without it being there.nNot the bolts coming loose holding down everything even though they had used spring washers but a KZ rattles too much for them to work so I had to use thread locker.nAnd the top of the Airbox not sealing/ sitting correctly as it has bows in it, which I don't think are supposed to be therenAlso, it appears that I had never seen that the cross-over pipe isn't even straight as all the welded connections are crooked. Not one lines up in a straight line. Think that it wasn't welded in a jig but the free hand which is sad as the whole thing looked pretty neat and I'm now embarrassed to open my hood. It looks bad if looked at sideways.nSo yeah I had decent at best communication experience but bad experience in workmanship with them. Therefore I can't really recommend them with good consciousness.
Great team! Competitive pricing and awesome work. I'll definitely be coming back for the rest of the work on the Focus.
Been to Lyle and Caitlyn a couple of times now for rust repairs and the work was done really well, in a timely manner, and for a great price. Highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of metal fabrication. I'll definitely be going back in the future.
Lyle and Caitlyn at Phoenix-Autoworxz have been a pleasure to deal with since the beginning. I have had numerous jobs done to my car this year and it has always been easy to organise, cost effective and finished in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anybody and will definitely be using them in the future.
