One of the best pho around the country. Ordered special pho with raw beef, beef meatballs and braised beef slices. Everything being juicy and tender, just perfect. Also had spring rolls, really nice too. Will definitely revisit.Food: 5/5
Had rice paper roll chicken and avocado. Which was nice. And prawn noodles, which were good too. However expensive given the serving size. 11$ for roll and 21$ for noodles. Approx. certainly worth a visit.

Food, service, atmosphere 10/10 We’ve had an amazing time and meal last night with wonderful service from staff and food tasted absolutely amazing and such big portions. Keep it up! Would highly recommend them. Happy to have come here seeing we’ve tried Saigon on Princess Street a few days ago only to receive abusive service and no answer back from them. So we thank you for your amazing service and food.
Menu is 8.5/10. My personal favourite is the beef pho . Slightly pricey and personally would like a larger portion size I may have a big appetite so just a personal opinion. Very warm atmosphere and great customer service.
First visit. Fabulous Will be back regularly. I had pork belly salad and my partner had chicken salad. Fresh ingredients gorgeous flavors. Thank you also to the kind gentleman who paid for us. We will pay it forward.Food: 5/5

My husband and I were in Palmerston North for two nights, on holiday. We saw the good reviews for Pho Nem, and wanted to try Vietnamese food, so went there for dinner on the first evening. Liked it so much we had lunch there the next day. And then dinner that night, trying different things! Really enjoyed the fresh flavours. A pleasant decor with Vietnamese photos on the wall. The front of the restaurant is full-length glass, so you can look out across the road at the trees in the square.... such a lovely outlook. The service is friendly and efficient. A no-fuss, fresh-and-flavoursome-food restaurant. Good prices.
Feels like a little family run restaurant business. Service was super fast and efficient given we arrived not to far from closing. Food was fresh and tasty. Spring rolls hot and delicious. We would definitely eat here again. Keen to try other things on the menu but can definitely recommend the Beef Pho.
