Great place to get all of your pets or pets needs. Carpark has a load of carparks right outside. Easy to see signage. Entering the store - friendly staff willing to help out with any questions. Various food types, pet cleaning and grooming facilities, toys and just general good information and so much more. Being a club member comes with great perks as well.

Great place for your pet supplies. Staff very friendly. Our dog loves to have a shower here. She feels very safe . For $10? It's worth it. Towel, apron, shampoo and conditioner followed by a blow wave. We don't use the blow wave, she doesn't like the noise.

It’s a real shame because we had always had such a good experience here at this store and it is well stocked and has a great range of products. I am Leaving this review simply due to the incredibly rude lady on the counter today at 4:55pm in a pink shirt with white hair. We knew it was closing soon so we quickly rushed in and asked if we could hold a Betta Fish and the response was “no we don’t do holds” - that part is completely fine … and we understood and were planning on going back the next day. However I then explained the only reason we were wanting to hold the fish is we needed to cycle our tank slightly longer until we got the fish. The incredibly rude lady responded “well experience says cycling your tank for that long is not enough” - that comment in itself was extremely condescending and quite frankly unnecessary with her making faces at us while saying this- little did the rude lady realise we have been keeping tropical fish for the past 10 years and are ‘experienced’ with multiple tanks 320 litres +, 4 tanks currently. It’s unfortunate that someone like her can completely ruin our experience for us and we will not be returning again, we will also be letting friends and family know how rude these people can be. We didn’t need any unsolicited ‘advice’ if that’s even what you could call it. All we wanted to do is hold a fish, and if not purchase one a couple of days later.
