I think I've had around 3 different types of Boba tea from there and they've all been really good, also pretty nice customer service.

I ordered a hazelnut milk tea which tasted entirely like coffee, I was quite disappointed. I went back into the store to say it tasted a lot like coffee instead of hazelnut and she confirmed it didn’t have coffee but never offered to make me another or remedy the solution, she just stared blankly at me. Completely disappointed in the service
Wonderful little place!! Service was top notch, bubble was excellent! Perfect place to pop into for a quick treat! Macarons were very yummy!Food: 5/5
The customer service was a joke. We ordered 1 pie, two drinks and a tea and had to wait over 40 minutes and constantly were told how busy they were despite only having 5 customers. The pie was heated in the microwave taken from the cabinet and didn't warrant such a long wait. The Bubble drinks are over rated and lacked flavor. Won't be returning.
Ordered a drink and they didn’t tell me they were out of pearls and then didn’t put any, i asked why and they said they ran out and charged me extra for pearls. also orderd a hotdog and it was frozen on the inside. Staff were fairly dismissive. Not very happy with my experience
In compare to Gong Cha standards the tea was not rich enough as well as sirup. Limited selection of pearls and gellies. Very professional and friendly service.Food: 2/5
The rose #macarons are quite on theme with the decore and sweet-yet-chic vibe. The best part? Open until 5, a true rarity in NZ! I’d definitely rather support this business than grab a mall coffee. Started by a local young woman as a high school project, it’s nice to see her success even through COVID so far. Most will come for the bubble tea, such as the mommy-and-me date at the next table, but I’m finding a pleasant sanctuary while I wait for my kid’s after school activity to finish.
I have enjoyed your fabulous bubble tea two days in a row now!! I have enjoyed your Taro, Peach/Strawberry soda and Peach melba so far, and am excited to try many more. I also grabbed a few macrons for a treat. Great selection, friendly staff and affordable. Glad you have opened a shop.
Was recently in town to visit some family and I discovered this little gem! So hard to come by a good boba milk tea in this part of new zealand but I was well impressed. Visited multiple times in my stay and the customer service was so good I had to ask for one of the girl's names to leave a good review! Serena did an amazing job and I wish I had someone like that serving me back in Auckland. Keep it up guys!!
