Picked up on the side of the road just passed Hikurangi and taken all the way into town. Price was reasonable and the service both on the phone and in person was outstanding. The young man who picked us up is an absolute credit to the business. Thanks so much for getting us Safely to the mechanics
Booked a towing service when I had a car breakdown .Very great customer service .Our pickup person was so kind ,offered us rides to our Airbnb and even stopped for us at the supermarket.nGreat customer service experience .Definitely recommend
My vehicle was stolen, police found it and it was subsequently towed to the Pete’s yard.nnThe woman at the counter was as rude as can be, I paid 700$ to find Pete’s towing couldn’t even put a plastic cover over my broken window to stop the vehicle filling up with water.nnSo not only am I the victim of a theft but also Pete’s charge me $700 but wouldn’t save my car from becoming a swimming pool because they are lazy and don’t give a stuff about your car.nnNot only would I never in my life recommend this company but I also wouldn’t piss on any of them if they were on fire.nnFy shame Pete’s Towing
Excellent once I was permitted in to see my car and collect all my stuff that was in it when it was stolen and crashed
Fantastic service! A wheel fell off our caravan on SH1 and Webb’s got a truck out quickly, made sure we were OK, the driver was great managing to winch the caravan onto the truck without damaging it - no easy thing as it was on its hub in the gravel on the berm! He delivered it to a local repairer and carefully got the caravan off again. He’d even taped down the loose trim to make sure it didn’t blow off. A great end to a stressful event!!!
