I called Peter Fell for advice for a project for my ex wifes parents in need of a particular epoxy to cover concrete that was somewhat damp, and the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly helpful, courteous, patient and honest. The fact that he was familiar with the website and could take me to the products we were discussing in real time was particularly beneficial to me. I was briefed on the need for an acrylic-based product instead and got thorough instructions on preparation and usage. We have recently completed a build with a building company and chose to use the Peter Fell colour system. During the polish stage we discovered that we had large unattractive orbital float marks throughout our new house! Picture attached. Hoping to dispute the workmanship with our Building Company we arranged a meeting with a Peter Fell representative and our building co. At the meeting the Peter Fell rep that he thought the floor finish looked great, an '8 out of 10'!! We were stunned by this opinion and have left with a very unattractive floor finish which is very expensive to fix.

We were recommended Peter Fell's concrete sealer to paint over some outdated Slate. The team was were very clear that this had not been tried before but provided information around best to test and apply. The outcome is fab, a modern look which has saved a fortune as we had not found anything comparable and the alternative was ripping it up. On contacting them to confirm the trial was successful they assisted with the correct quantity and application instructions for larger areas as this was very much a DIY project for first timers. Overall stoked with the product and the service.

The staff at Peter Fell were fantastic. The potentially complex products and processes were explained in such a simple and easy-to-understand way that I was left with no questions at all! They also have a great range of colours on show which makes it so much easier to identify what you really want. Truly a wonderful customer experience, these guys are the experts in their field - I wouldn't look any further.

We have had an awful time with the Peter Fell products. Our PFL coloured concrete is unattractive largely due to the "sealers" not being designed as a water barrier albeit them being called a sealer. We are very disappointed, despite 18 months trying to remedy, this is what our PFL concrete looks like:
