My dogs are always calm and relaxed when I drop them off and then when I pick them up from Pet Plus. This is a huge deal for any dog owner, because grooming can be quite stressful for some dogs. My dogs are always happy and they look amazing after their visit to Pet Plus.
Update Late 2021 / Early 2022: I think they no longer do cat grooming. They haven't returned our calls in a few months, though are still obviously open / posting on facebook. A shame, as we loved their service. I'm leaving the old review up, hopefully they will have space for our cat again soon.nnWe've brought or cat in for grooming 5+ times now and have been really pleased with the results everytime. They know exactly what to ask, are fast less than an hour most of the time, and, most importantly, don't stress our cat out or injure her. We've been to other groomers where our cat acts scared and angry for hours afterwards, or where she comes back with nicks or scratches. Highly recommended!!
One on one help which what you would want if your lovely pet is not feeling well.nGreat prices on their pet stuffs as well.nJust tell them what you need and if they don't have it just ask if they can order it for you.
Floki had his first groom at pet plus today and boy he looks AMAZING!
This is the second time in a row my partner has taken his dog in to be groomed and they have cut him pretty badly and not said anything at all. The first time he was cut on his back, this time on the top of his head. Bleeding and super red and raw. The fact that they don’t say anything is really not okay - let alone the fact they’ve cut him. Apart from that, his dog always looks and smells awesome, but having him come home sore just really annoys me.
