There is no other place I would rather take my Scooby. The staff are incredibly professional, kind, and genuine. They make you feel a part of the furniture instead of a number on their computers. Highly recommend this establishment.

We've been so happy with how the team at Pet Doctors The Gardens have treated our cat, Ana and us! during our visits. Most recently Ana had quite major dental surgery and we were kept informed really well throughout, with everything explained and laid out clearly. Wow was told if did not live in a certan residance area not really accept even a once off booking and advised to go to palmerston about an hour drive out of town and up to 6 weeks or more wait for appointmant pretty dissopointing really

Just wonderful Vets and supporting staff. My Jake been going there for years. Can't thank them enough for the care and attention they provided over the years. Even now in his golden age he is still getting the best care possible.
The vets/vet nurses are amazing here. They have always been so gentle and kind with our cat. They are knowledgeable and give excellent care. They also have open pay where you can pay off your visit, so you don't have to worry about not being able to afford proper care for your pet.
The friendliest, warmest and most welcoming staff. A great team that works together to bring the best for your animal. 11/10, would recommend.
