I offer both one-on-one personal training and pilates sessions. As well as pilates mat classes.

Beginner Intro class. For people new to pilates or who have injuries or other special considerations.
Friday 10:00-11:00am.
Beginner Essential Class. For those familiar to pilates.
Monday 5:30-6:30pm
Wednesday 9:30-10:30am
Friday 9:00-10:00am.
Intermediate class. For more advanced pilates.
