Loveeeed my experience at this place !!! They are really accommodating even for those that have children! The colours are beautiful and they give really great customer service and they are able to fit you in in such short notice. I only had to wait 10 mins. Whenever I've gone there the nails always last and don't chip and their prices are really good. If you are looking for a nail salon that will look after you then go to this place. I had a horrible experience at Krystina beauty salon hamilton east @ 67 Cameron road, hamilton east and it nearly never wanted to get my nails done again. They are really bad with criticism and a business like that will never survive for long. They get really nasty with the customers when they don't hear what they like. Absolutely disgusted with my nails done today. I requested after they were "finished" to please repair as it looks as if it's been growing out a week, she then "fixed" 3nails. I will never return.

I never get my nails done but i was going to a wedding and thought I would treat myself. I got a manicure and shellac nail polish which i heard can last up to 3 weeks.They started peeling off just a few days after they were done and the polish was uneven. It's now been two weeks and I have 5 fingers that still have some polish on. So disappointing. I could have done a better job!Service: Manicure

Had a gel pedicure and manicure. Colour was being applied and manicurist disappeared out the back. On her return I asked if she had thinned the polish - it changes the colour completely after 3 days so I asked her to start again. Applied 3 different colours all were sticky until the last one Took a very long time. Not relaxing. Squawky music. Not particularly clean. Needing some good management.

Had my acrylics removed lady was really rude and rough then made me soak my nails in accatone then she left the store for about 15minutes not telling me anything. When she came back she went straight to doing someone else’s nails. My hands were burning from being soaked for so long another lady came to finish them off about 10minutes after the lady came back and was also rude and compared to my friends nails mine looked rough and the glue was still left on after I left. Very un happy will not be returning!

I've had my nails done here a couple of times and have always been happy. This time was also very good. The young lady listened to what I asked for and delivered exactly that! Thank you

Removed SNS, took way too long, no sponges and liquid was cold. Nails were Over filed, nails are now weak and splitting 2 days later. Definitely profiling who pays first wouldn't go back wouldn't recommendServices: Synthetic nail removal

Worst experience ever !!! Staff were extremely rude and rough with my hands. A lady with tick disgusting looking toe nails that would’ve had fungal infected nails came in to get her toe nails done. They used the same nail filing attachment equipment that they used on my finger nails on her toe nails. So how many other cross contaminations happened to that equipment before they did my nails is probably something I don’t even want to know about. The girl who sat next to me gave them a picture of what she would like on her nails to look like. They only did half the job and the guy left to go home and didn’t say anything to her until she asked where he was and they said he went home. She refused to leave as they didn’t complete what she asked for so they called him to come back and finish the job. No apology only tried to charge her an extra $5. Which luckily they forgot to charge her for. The fact that I paid $74 for such horrible service is disgusting and can’t believe that The Base allows such a place in their building.Service: Manicure

Booked appointment 28 Dec. Waited 45minutes to start. Pedicure being done by male cut/sliced the side of my heel with the razorblade. Very rough in a rush. It bled... he put a solution on a bit of cotton wool and stuck it on the cut. Continued to bleed. I found a plaster to put on it. I refused any further skin debridement. No discount given for poor service. 3.5 weeks on heel still not healed and foot sore on walking. Luckily it is not infected as the salon was filthy. Never again!
